Delete from TapLineup
Open Account
From the Teams screen, open Account.
Choose Delete Account
Scroll to the account deletion section and tap Delete Account.
Confirm deletion
Read the confirmation and approve the permanent deletion.
What is deleted
Your authentication account and associated TapLineup data are permanently deleted, including owned teams, rosters, games, lineup data, viewer invitations, and server-side sharing records tied to the account, subject to any limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving transactions.
What happens to shared information
Viewer access to teams owned by the deleted account is removed from TapLineup’s online service. Offline copies already saved on another person’s device may remain until that person removes them or the App clears them.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your TapLineup account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription in your Apple or Google account settings before deleting your TapLineup account.
Cannot access the App?
Email support@taplineup.com from the email address associated with your TapLineup account and use the subject “TapLineup account deletion request.” We may take reasonable steps to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request.
